Rebooking can be complicated. In Cockpit, rebooking is quick and easy.
Did you know that bookings made on the same day can usually be canceled free of charge until midnight (for international fares, local time in the issuing market)? But some airlines even allow you to void up to 24 hours after ticketing.
If your customers have changed their plans, you can submit a refund request.
Sometimes, passengers in the same PNR end up having to travel on different dates, or one of the passengers is unable to travel after all. In these cases, you will need to split the PNR.
This way, you can quickly and easily confirm schedule changes directly in Cockpit.
Also after an itinerary is ticketed, seats and extras can be purchased under "My Bookings". This includes seats and extras that are free of charge as well.
