Void (same-day ticket redemption)
Tickets can usually be voided (cancelled free of charge) within the same day of issue, until midnight (local time of the issuing market in case of international fares).
This is how it works
1. Go to "My Bookings".
2. Open the booking you want to void.
3. If Void is possible, we display a timer that shows always how much time is left to void the ticket and instead of the "Cancel" button, we show a "Void" button. After clicking on the button, this pop-up will appear:
4. By confirming the cancellation, the itinerary will be cancelled and the ticket will be voided.
